There are so many ways people deal with stress. The see if I can cover a few of them. Most people turn to food, smoking, drinking, depression. Let see how many thinks other can come up with. I know for me I like to be alone, and just sleepthe pain away which I know that will not help. But the other thing that has gotten me through was to pray and then walk away from it and not bring it up and let it work it self out. It is also good to talk out whats bothering you. So of us may cry it out whatever make that person feel better. I know one thing is that this term 5 has been stressful for me. With but classes I have there were lots of work to be done in both that kept me busy everyday of the week. But I have learned alot in both classes.
I just came up with this topic off the top on my head really couldnt think of anything else to write about.
